These equipment-free fitness routines are great to do at home and short enough for you to easily fit them into your daily schedule.
There are 6 workouts, 1 for every day of the week if you include a rest day, each working on a different area of your fitness.

It gives you sometime to rest, and doesn’t give super hard work outs. The app also gives you an option for which type of workout you wanna do. It gives you three categories to choose from and gives you a list of work outs you can do, if you click on them you can watch a short clip of how to do them. On each of the three categories, it gives you an option to either give you a time work out witch talks to you and tells you how much time you have left and what you need to do next, it also includes brakes^^^. Absolutely love this app and I am now doing a 15 min workout every day ! It’s super competitive, helpful, and motivational! Love it !
The best option out there
Forget the personal trainer! Or workout gym! All you need is a driveway/ open garage and your set! I love this app because it’s completely free, no hunches. Usually when you download a decent workout app as soon as you download it, the app makes you pay for a subscription, otherwise if you don’t that the app is almost completely unusable! But not with this app. It’s does the workout with you, connect it to your health app, and helps you along the way. These workouts are giving me muscle. I can see and feel it. I really enjoy this app and would recommend 10/10
Actually really good
I was surprised by how efficient this app was. I didn’t have to pay for anything and I got great quality workouts! If you’re looking for an easy way to get a good workout without going to the gym, this app is for you.
I also found an app from this same developer for ab workouts and even yoga! Unfortunately, there was no app for arm workouts so I had to find different app for that and it’s not as good. So please please PLEASE at least consider making an arm workout app thank you.
